Best known as a Poconos Mountains, Pennsylvania Vacation / Year Around Living Community, The Hamlet has the most amenities per lot of any community in the Poconos. With Less than 300 lots (all over an acre, so our neighborhood offers lots of privacy) and both indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a small lake for fishing, canoeing, kayaking, fitness center and garden center along with a clubhouse for gatherings, this is a lot of amenities for this size Poconos Neighborhood.
Other amenities are it’s location which is surrounded by either larger tracts of land or Pennsylvania State Forest Lands or PA Game lands and the community’s proximity to some of the best of the Poconos including the best activities and resorts like Skytop (Where you’ll find Golf, Social activities, restaurants and Buck Hill Resort with it’s golf course and social activities open to the public.)
Camelback and Shawnee skiing are both about 1/2 hour away (Camelback is visible from the access road.)
People buy homes in the Hamlet for both vacation and year around living. The community has lots of over an acre which provide more privacy than most other neighborhoods in the Pocono Mountains. Roads are curving and run through woods.
